As of May 2019, Alliance Manufacturing, Inc. celebrates 25 years in business manufacturing industrial parts washers and parts cleaning systems.
Alliance was incorporated in 1994 as the result of a spin-off from a parent company that produced stainless steel food processing equipment. Jeff Brouchoud, Ken Manninen, and a third partner purchased the parts washer division assets of the company. Alliance made its debut at the East-Tech show and then at the IMTS (International Manufacturing and Technology Show) in 1994, displaying the first generation of the Aquamaster line of parts washers. By year-end, Alliance had secured orders for five machines. Later while engineering a custom monorail cleaning system, Alliance pioneered its first split-style, removable canopy. Alliance was awarded a patent for this exclusive Full Access Canopy design (U.S. No. 5,630,435).
Since incorporation, Alliance has grown significantly. The facility located in the West Industrial Park of Fond du Lac, WI, has expanded over time and most recently acquired the adjacent property which houses offices and additional production and warehousing space. In keeping with the company’s initiative on sustainability and “green” manufacturing practices, solar panels were added to the facility roof to help lower energy consumption. In addition to this, Alliance is a member of numerous associations and often supports local community organizations.
Alliance Manufacturing’s testament to producing quality equipment is evident in the high number of repeat customers. To date, Alliance has sold over 900 machines both in the U.S. and international markets.
