Today, Cleveland is a Best in Class brand within the Manitowoc Food service organization and a leader in the design and manufacture of steam cooking equipment. Cleveland is the only manufacturer in the food service industry which solely focuses its expertise on steam cooking. Cleveland operates three manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada, making steamers, braising pans, kettles, combination steamer ovens and specialty products.
