Hickory Industries, Inc., maker of the line of Old Hickory Bar-B-Q Machines, has been making grills, rotisseries, and pizza ovens since 1946. With their countertop rotisserie, they became the first American company to win first prize from Industrial Design Magazine for any commercial food service product. Today, the company makes over 57 models in gas and electric.
