Prepare Delicious, Golden-Brown Fried Foods with Pitco Fryers
Since 1918, Pitco® has been manufacturing equipment to make frying easier and more efficient. Pitco® revolutionized the way that people prepare deep fried foods, putting them at the forefront of the fryer industry. The patented Pitco® frialator system uses tubes to heat fryers more evenly, which keeps foods from absorbing as much oil and allows them to retain more of their natural flavors.
Pitco® products are designed to fit with whatever type of power hookup your restaurant or institution has, either gas or electric. They also carry split pot fryers so you can prepare two different types of fried food at once. Pitco® fryers make it easy to cook delicious, crispy french fries, chicken fingers, and onion rings.
