Rankin-Delux was founded in 1965 by Bill Rankin after he developed the companys first gas rock broiler. Rankin-Delux originally exclusively sold in the Los Angeles, California, area, but the company found success after establishing a nationwide presence. Today, Rankin-Delux manufactures over 500 different models of, broilers, griddles, hot plates, ovens, and oriental and stockpot ranges.
